Insurance and Payment Information

We will work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered
procedures. At Desert Ridge Implant & Oral Surgery, we are contracted with most of the
largest dental plans such as: Metlife, Delta, CIGNA, Aetna, BCBS, United, Principal, Ameritas, Connection, Assurant, Guardian, and Total Dental Administrators (TDA).

Some insurance companies offer many different dental and medical plans, some combine dental
and medical coverage. Dealing with these companies can sometimes be difficult and time consuming. That is why we ask you to provide us with both your medical and dental insurance information. Please bring it to your initial visit. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. For your convenience, we gladly accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and CareCredit.
