PLATELET RICH PLASMA: |
The use of growth factors from the patient is added to the bone graft to increase bone growth and maturation as well as the density of the graft. This procedure usually speeds up the process prior to implant placement. This procedure is not always indicated, but when appropriate, it will be utilized. |
