MISSION STATEMENT
Desert Ridge Implant & Oral Surgery is a full scope Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical Practice that is committed to providing surgical care to our patients in a caring and comfortable atmosphere. We pride ourselves on our gentle treatment methods, well-trained staff, latest technology and quality patient service.

MEET THE DOCTOR
Dr. DeFelice is a graduate of Kansas State University in 1991. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Dental School graduating in 1995. He then completed a General Surgery and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Boston University Medical Center in 2000. The doctor has been practicing in the Valley since that time.

He lives in Scottsdale with his wife and two beautiful children. In his downtime, which is not often, he enjoys golf, cycling and traveling.

Ralph
Originally from the San Joaquin Valley area in California, Ralph moved to Arizona almost 5 years ago as a Registered Dental Assistant. Since then he has attended numerous continuing education seminars pertaining to Oral Surgery and has obtained a certificate in Anesthesia Assisting.

When not at work he enjoys shopping The District at Desert Ridge or simply hanging out with friends.

Kristin
Kristin has lived in the valley for the past 6 years. Over the years Kristin has gained knowledge in many different areas in the oral surgery specialty, including assisting, treatment coordinating, billing and training. Kristin has worked with Dr. DeFelice for the past 4 years and continues to expand her skills through continuing education.
